  3. Terri will offer tips to get your home ready for showing and possible Staging Service
  4. Sign necessary paperwork for listing into the MLS Service
  5. Terri will make arrangements for Photographs and a Visual Tour of your home
  6. Terri will market your home through her EXTENSIVE and EXCLUSIVE MARKETING PLAN
  7. After an offer is presented and accepted by all parties, Terri will assist you during the Attorney Approval and Home Inspection periods
  8. Terri will be available through the Home Appraisal and Buyer’s Loan Process to help monitor the transaction
  9. Terri will help keep the transaction and all parties coordinated
  10. Final Walk-Through prior to closing
